Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup
Ingredients
- 6 cups (2 pounds) of shredded chicken breast
- 10 cups milk
- 6 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted or 2 of the large cans
- 2 cup (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 to 1 cup hot pepper sauce (Frank's Red Hot if available)
Directions
- Cook the chicken thoroughly, either by deep frying or a Foreman grill works the best and fastest
- Put the rest of the ingredients in a large pot and use a whisk to break up the clumps until it's smooth
- heat the mixture, stirring often
- shred and add the chicken
- continue heating and stirring til the mixture comes to a slow boil
- let cool, pack in the car, and take to the tailgate party where the pot can be easily reheated on the grill
Marinated Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts....any number...depending on how many you are serving
- Wishbone Italian Salad dressing
- Green Peppers..one or two
- Sliced Mushrooms...one package
Directions
- place chicken breasts in a bowl...preferably one that has a sealed lid
- pour dressing over them, enough to cover them
- mix in chopped up green peppers and mushroom slices.
- cover and shake (stir if not a lidded bowl)
- leave covered and place in refrigerator overnight...taking out to shake or stir every few hours or so
- in the morning, place individual chicken breasts in foil packages along with some peppers and mushrooms and a little extra dressing
- take to the game and cook on grill till the pink is gone from inside the chicken
- serve on a plate or on a roll with lettuce and mayo
- melts in your mouth
