Tailgating...Buffalo Style!!

The most unique tailgater in Buffalo would have to be the Pinto Guy.
He's been to over 170 straight Bills games, counting both regular and post season, which shows how dedicated a fan he is. That's unique in itself but what makes him more unique is the style of tailgate party he has at every home game. Whereas a regular tailgate party consists of grills placed on a portable table, tailgate, or the ground, he uses the hood of his car!!

He places skillets filled with charcoal on the hood and lights them up and then uses tools as grill surfaces. In his view, if you can't find it in a hardware store, it doesn't belong at a tailgate party.

Food tool
Chicken wings Army Helmet
Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Grilled Cheese metal lawn rake
Bacon saw blade
Pancakes and omelettes shovel
Stir Fry, Philly Cheese Steaks, Garbage plates hubcap
Special items not in skillets
Venison impaled on screwdrivers in a toolbox
pizza Metal filing cabinet
Baked potatoes medicine cabinet

The big part of his tailgate, that a part of goes with him to every game, is the bowling ball shot. At the home games, he has a bar set up in front of the Pinto with a roll of duct tape on top on which sits the bowling ball used for shots of a cherry liquor called Wisniowska. Tradition states that you have to drink a shot of the nasty tasting liquid out of the thumbhole of the ball and drop it. If the thumbhole lands facing up, it's good luck for the Bills. Otherwise, you have to do a penalty shot out of a bowling ball with a much larger thumbhole.
